Meenakshi Pathak

Meenakshi, Founder and CEO of Devsynthesis since 2016, is a pharmaceutical industry leader with over 15 years of experience. She began her career at Ranbaxy's Product Development team and later played a key role at Sun Pharmaceutical Advance Research Centre in Vadodara, focusing on packaging material development and studies for regulated markets.

As the driving force behind Devsynthesis, Meenakshi encourages innovative solutions for complex chemistry targets, embodying the company's ethos of "Making Chemistry Simple." Devsynthesis, under her leadership, is a women-empowered company, fostering gender equality and a culture of accountability.
