Mr. Ashutosh Pathak has 20+ years of global experience working with pharmaceutical giants like Dr Reddy’s and immanent chemistry CRO like AMRI and few other name to counts.
He is instrumental in developing Clients, managing customer relations and responsible for the P&L of Devsynthesis India Pvt. Ltd.

Hormuzd Brings 20 years of strong discovery Chemistry experience. He is extremely good in managing multifaceted discovery chemistry FTE programs for large/ medium size biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Hormuzd got his Ph.D. from University of Kentucky, USA (2000) and two post docs from university of Wisconsin, Madison, NSF Postdoctoral Research Associate and Brown University, NSF Postdoctoral Research Associate.

Then he returned to India and started his industrial journey from 2004.

Hormuzd worked in different roles and responsibilities in reputed organizations including Wockhardt, Nycomed and Evotec (India) Pvt. Ltd., India as research group head. Most recently he was DGM chemistry operations in a chemistry CRO based at Bombay. He is extremely good in complex library synthesis.

He is responsible for managing different FTE programs for our clients.

Dr. Santhosh has over 15 years of extensive experience in the synthesis of discovery chemistry molecules. He managed several Drug Discovery Chemistry FTE programs across multiple disease areas & target classes including PROTACs, and Linkers for ADC.

Santhosh received his Ph.D. from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan & two postdocs from the National Health Research Institutes, Taiwan, and the National University of Singapore, Singapore. He worked majorly with AMRI Singapore [Now Curia Inc.] for more than a decade and with Syngene International as well.

She joined Devsynthesis in July 2023. At Devsynthesis, she is responsible for the global business development activities across the different verticals [ Discovery-Development and Manufacturing]. Sarah did her Masters in Organic Chemistry from the University of Calcutta in 2001. Soon after her masters she joined “Syngene International Ltd” as a trainee scientist and later lead different roles and profiles. During her tenure of 21+ years at Syngene she contributed towards Chemistry and later front ended the North America business development activities mainly for the “USA East Coast”.

She was responsible for bringing “Discovery Chemistry, Biology, Safety Assessment and Custom Synthesis business” in her last assignment.  She is an experienced and well-networked business developer having worked in the global life sciences industry for more than 2 decades.
